Processing & Shipping Times

 

Processing times vary depending on workload, but currently all products that are "hand made to order" are being shipped at latest within 3-4 weeks from purchase

 

This includes, but is not limited to, items such as;

• Tails

• Ears

• Bandanas etc

Any products that are ready-made (.e.g sale or bought in stock) are generally being shipped within 1 week from purchase
 

This includes, but is not limited to, items such as;

 

• Lanyards

• Supplies like headbands, badge backs etc

• Sale items, including ex-stock or anything else listed as "pre-made"

Any orders that contain both made to order and pre-made items are shipped within the longest processing time estimate.​

Rush orders are generally accepted, but must be discussed before buying
